About the Role

Essential Duties:
- Answer phone
- Greet patients
- Schedule patients
- Clean tables
- Bookkeeping/banking
- Laundry and light cleaning
- Paperwork to communicate with billing company
- Insurance verifications
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Knowledge of social media for marketing
- Some knowledge of healthcare/insurance

32-40 hours per week. Paid holidays and PTO.
Person must be detail oriented, customer friendly, willing to learn and take on new tasks.
