Leah Mentele

Doctor of Physical Therapy

I have been a physical therapist since May 2019 and I graduated from University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. I am originally from Nebraska and will always bleed Cornhusker red, but have loved living in Wyoming since I graduated. I was attracted to being a physical therapist because I love movement of all kinds and strongly believe we are made to move. One of my favorite parts about being a physical therapist is helping someone realize that movement can be a solution to the pain or dysfunction they have and being the guide to help them achieve their goals. I love treating all kinds of conditions and take a special interest in any pelvic floor issues, such as incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain. I've been treating the pelvic floor since before I became a mother and now that I've experienced pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I have a special place in my heart for moms who are trying to take care of themselves while also keeping the rest of their world spinning.

I am a wife to Kurt and mom to Benedict with baby #2 on the way! When I'm not at work, you can find me spending time with my family, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and moving my body, whether I'm lifting, playing in the mountains, or just going for a walk with my family around Tongue River. I would love to meet you and help you reach your goals!
